Returns

If the item you have ordered is damaged or broken when you receive it, please contact us immediately to advise us of the problem. 

If the item is damaged or broken on delivery to you, and is to be returned, it needs to be in its original unused condition and packaging, with any labels intact. Please ensure the order number is clearly stated on the outside of the package. Should you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. The items need to be received back within twenty-eight days from the day the parcel was delivered.  We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We may withhold a percentage of the purchase price of the returned items should they be found not to be in their original condition and therefore not fully resaleable.

We will issue a refund once we have received the item and checked its condition. If it is damaged or broken when received by you, as per our policy and your statutory rights, a refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item. Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the order was paid.

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.
