Returns

If the item you have ordered is damaged or broken when you receive it, please contact us by email or in writing immediately to advise us of the problem. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to advise us of any problem, or to request a return or exchange for any reason, and ensure all goods are returned to us within 28 days of initially receiving the item(s). 

If the item is damaged or broken on delivery to you, and is to be returned, it needs to be in its original unused condition and packaging, with any labels intact. Please ensure the order number is clearly stated on the outside of the package. We will either repair or replace the item. 

Should you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We may withhold a percentage of the purchase price of the returned items should they be found not to be in their original condition and therefore not fully resaleable.We will issue a refund once we have received the item and checked its condition. If it is damaged or broken when received by you, as per our policy and your statutory rights, a refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item assuming it is in its original unused condition, with packaging and labels reasonably intact . Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the order was paid.

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.
