Returns

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after receiving the item, you can contact us by e mail or phone within 14 days to request a return/exchange RMA. Send us an e mail or give us a call with your reasons for wishing to return the item.

If you have an account on our website, do log in and request a return/exchange RMA electronically.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the item is to be returned, it needs to be in its original unused condition and packaging, with any labels intact. Please ensure the order number is clearly stated on the outside of the package. Should you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. The items need to be received back within twenty-eight days from the day the parcel was delivered.  We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We may withhold a percentage of the purchase price of the returned items should they be found not to be in their original condition and therefore not fully resaleable.

We will refund the full amount once we have received the item and checked its condition. A full refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item. Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the order was paid.

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.

If the item is within the warranty period, and the item is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately to advise us of the problem.
